We had a really good experience working with TicketRoot for one of our recent events in Bengaluru. Right from the early planning stages, the team was super helpful and responsive. They were always quick to answer questions, open to last-minute changes, and stayed in the loop despite the time zone difference - which made things a lot easier for us. Onsite, their technicians did a great job. We did run into a few small issues during setup day, but the team handled everything quickly and professionally. Once the event kicked off, registration ran smoothly, even though we had way more attendees than we originally expected. Overall, TicketRoot was a solid partner and made the whole registration process feel easy and stress-free. Would definitely work with them again!
