What do you like best about TicketRoot?

We worked with the Ticketroot team for the FFCC Dubai event at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel.

They handled the check-in for the attendees expertly and supported our team throughout.

The lead capture feature was a hit with our exhibitors too service allowing their sales team to classify leads as warm, hot and cold with the opportunity to add in more comments so that follow ups post event is easier.

Vineet and Ragni had been hands on and always ensured the registration becomes a smooth and hassle free process, overall fastastic team and service provided. We look forward to working with them again for future events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketRoot?

This is the second time we worked with Vineet and Ragni and the ticketroot team and are yet to come across a point to dislike, they have always are quick to address a query or an issue and also help the organisers by treating the event as their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TicketRoot?

We had a really good experience working with TicketRoot for one of our recent events in Bengaluru. Right from the early planning stages, the team was super helpful and responsive. They were always quick to answer questions, open to last-minute changes, and stayed in the loop despite the time zone difference - which made things a lot easier for us.

Onsite, their technicians did a great job. We did run into a few small issues during setup day, but the team handled everything quickly and professionally. Once the event kicked off, registration ran smoothly, even though we had way more attendees than we originally expected.

Overall, TicketRoot was a solid partner and made the whole registration process feel easy and stress-free. Would definitely work with them again! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketRoot?

The only thing we would’ve loved to see is a bit more flexibility with customisation options, especially when it comes to fonts for badges and emails. What do you like best about TicketRoot?

The process is seamless, with real-time registration and printing of QR codes that include names and details. The dashboard integration is also real time. We used it for our ICAI annual seminar, and it has face scan as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
