Exceptional Customization and Support with Ringg AI
I really like the customization we get with the AI agents, and the support team is really very responsive and supportive. They take feature requests and onboarding very seriously. The initial setup was very easy as they personally assign an instructor for setup.

Flexible APIs, Super Smooth Setup
I really like the voice APIs and the AI integration provided by Ringg AI. The config capability and the scalable platform they have built also stand out. The platform is very self-serve; I can easily make changes without any dependency on their team. Additionally, the APIs are really scalable, which is great for testing and building apps. The setup was very simple, just a quick call with the team, and I was ready. Getting access to the dashboard made everything self-serve from there.

I think Ringg AI has really helped us improve our customer feedback collection a lot. It has completely replaced manpower calling and allows us to cover a larger number of customers in a short period, which we couldn't do before. I would rate it five out of five. I generally think their voice quality is very good, and the latency and everything feels quite realistic. The initial setup was pretty easy, and it took us about a week to get live.
