Relatient integrates into our Allscript platform, automatically pulls patient information, then sends out collateral to our patients. This has been a helpful product for retaining patients and providing them a good experience. We have seen an increase in returning patients to to this product.

Efficient patient communication
patients are contacted for 3 days prior to their appointments, that gives them ample time to inform us if they need to cancel or resched and time for us to fill that spot.
