Rejoiner is an overall excellent email marketing platform. The drag and drop email builder, in particular, is quite nice and I actually enjoy using it. It is much more flexible and robust than similar email builders on the market. Working with the Rejoiner team has, similarly, been a great experience. They are quick to respond to questions or new requests and their work has been top-notch across the board. The integration with our eCommerce platform has made it easy to build out a comprehensive email marketing plan with multiple journeys that are fully automated which takes a huge burden off my shoulders. Again, the Rejoiner team was instrumental in making this work and has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. I have used other email marketing platforms including the ever-present HubSpot. While HubSpot might have some additional features that Rejoiner lacks, I can say from experience that Rejoiner is a much more pleasant platform to work with.
