SQL-First, Version-Controlled Migrations That Fit CI/CD Effortlessly
What I like most is that migrations are just plain, version-controlled SQL files. The V1__, V2__ naming makes the order of schema changes obvious, and running flyway migrate applies exactly what's pending, so every environment lands in the same state. It fits into a CI/CD pipeline with little effort, the schema history table gives a clear audit trail of what ran and when, and since it supports so many databases we didn't need a different tool per project. Being SQL-first keeps the learning curve low.

Precise monitoring, UI in need of improvement
I appreciate the precise error messages and notifications from Redgate Monitor, as they help me identify and respond to issues directly. Additionally, I find the logging very helpful because it makes it easy to identify and understand problems. The setup of Redgate Monitor was also simple.
