Reachdesk is easy to use and offers several different gift options as well as ways to send those gifts. I like using the Automated Campaigns which allows me to create a gift link that can be sent by email or via Salesforce. I'm able to incorporate charity donation options for recipients who are not able to receive gifts of any kind which allows me to develop campaigns to engage with all of our customers. I also appreciate all of the ways we can customize Campaigns and messaging to gift recipients. We are just getting started with utilizing Reachdesk but the support team has been great to work with and very responsive. I'm looking forward to exploring the platform more.
