I like the complex compare feature in erwin Data Modeler. It's really helpful and saves a lot of time. I also enjoy the intuitive visual ERDs and find the robust forward and reverse engineering capabilities impressive. The centralized business rules make managing standards easier. The shift left validation capabilities are a big plus for preventing problems early on.
