PurplePass is Excellent!

Purplepass is easy to use, has a lot of flexibility and collects all the data we need. We switched from another company looking for a helpful, friendly company that provides an easy user experience.The customer support is beyond excellent especially for those of us who are a little less "tech" oriented. I can get answers quickly, usually while I'm working on a project which improves my efficiency.

Perfect for our needs... and others'

Truly, the idea of totally free free tickets has changed everything we do for the better. The service is also top notch- our representative somehow always seems available! I've recommended PurplePass to multiple people who have since created their own accounts and report that it is exactly what they needed! It is easy to use and easy to teach our staff that often changes. The interface is also intuitive and integrates with our merchant account seamlessly.

4. The refund process is very easy with Purplepass, which was quite evident during the pandemic. We had to cancel an event, and issue 450+ refunds, and we did not receive one legitimate complaint about the process.
