Perfect for our needs... and others'

Truly, the idea of totally free free tickets has changed everything we do for the better. The service is also top notch- our representative somehow always seems available! I've recommended PurplePass to multiple people who have since created their own accounts and report that it is exactly what they needed! It is easy to use and easy to teach our staff that often changes. The interface is also intuitive and integrates with our merchant account seamlessly.

4. The refund process is very easy with Purplepass, which was quite evident during the pandemic. We had to cancel an event, and issue 450+ refunds, and we did not receive one legitimate complaint about the process.

The BEST parts about PurplePass ticketing are the tools, widgets, marketing integrations and ease of use wit the whole platform. If you take the time to really get to know the software it opens up bountiful possibilities for promoters and venues alike. And the Support Staff! Always timely responses, always doing their very best to make sure and issues are resolved promptly. No long wait times, no servers down for days at a time. absolutely fantastic staff.
