Pulpo is really easy to use. The integration platform with shopify is clear and very easy to configure for a non-developer. I like the approach it takes in updating inventory on Shopify which reduces the need to constant reconciliation tasks between the WMS and the E-commerce platform. The availability of training manuals and support makes it easy to roll out to staff. Finally, I like the fact that we did not have to spent a fortune on hardware required for our staff. It is compatible with basic android mobile devices.

The program was very straightforward and fully customizable, making the applications for each location a great asset. The customer service was top-notch, and their software was easy to use once parameters were set up.

An easy and straightforward way of setting it up and implementing it. No big milestone projects over weeks with a 6-digit setup fee: just plain and pure WMS that fits all our needs as a fulfiller and comes with very good integrations of shops and ERPs. In combination with the highly motivated and skilled team, it's a very smooth and good process of getting the software implemented and running. Can highly recommend Pulpo as WMS, especially if you have tried a lot and never really found what you were looking for - our past looked like: either the software had all the features but the price and implementation time were beyond or it was pricy and easy to start with but the feature set was very poor and did not really suit our warehouse/fulfillment needs. And good thing is, that they have a very promising feature pipeline shipping new features every once and a while.
