I like that Pronto Marketing manages a technical blog and regularly updates it, which keeps the website feeling "alive." I appreciate that they quickly address any changes we request, often getting it done the same day and always following up to ensure I'm happy with it. It's reassuring not having to worry about managing website security or backups ourselves. I trust them to provide website expertise and would consider them my first call if we needed additional services in that area. The frequent and relevant blog updates are also a big plus for me.

Efficient Support but Ticketing System Needs Improvement

I appreciate Pronto Marketing's customer service and fast response times. It's really easy to submit a ticket whenever I need to change something on my website, and it gets taken care of promptly. Their web design and site change services are valuable to me. I transitioned to Pronto Marketing after at least 5 years with Footbridge Media, and I like how I can rely on them for site administration and any site changes.
