Support and onboarding are also central success factors for a comprehensive ERP solution. Good support, knowledge transfer, and a structured introduction help to fully exploit the system's capabilities in everyday work. Looking to the future, AI is particularly important to me. Here, I expect concrete added value through intelligent support and the automation of processes. AI should not be an end in itself but should measurably contribute to relieving users, improving processes, and better supporting decisions.
