What I like best is the clear customer interface and the lists of contacts. The quick item selection for quotes, the favorites list, and the ability to save custom interfaces are also very helpful for me. New contacts can also be created quickly. Overall, the system runs quickly and smoothly. **What do you dislike about Proalpha ERP?** Individual adjustments, for example to forms, are sometimes only possible with considerable effort. **What problems is Proalpha ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating offers is now significantly faster and more efficient with the use of the Proalpha ERP. Additionally, uniform offers are sent by the entire sales team. ### 2. Pro Alpha .... Almost over detailed at some times. The amount of data and information that it stores, records and colaborates is very impresive. The GUI is not very user friendly and seems extremly outdated. It feels like an older clunky Buick.....it will get you to where you are going, but it won't be pretty. **What do you dislike about Proalpha ERP?** The "clunkiness" of it. Seems like an old DOS program at some points. There are alot of key commands that you have to learn like F7 as return, page up and page down to go to the next line. **What problems is Proalpha ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We create and store customer complaints, internal complaints and supplier complaints. It allows anyone in the company globally to access the information they need in all the different aspects of the company. ### 3. I work at a firm, which uses proALPHA ERP for almost everything, but mostly for accounting. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Lenka P. | Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2019 **What do you like best about Proalpha ERP?** I like about proALPHA ERP that I can easily switch from one firm to another when doing accounting, it needs just few clicks. When scanning some important documents, I can easily archive the document. Contracts with customers can also be kept in proALPHA ERP. All customers have different numbers by which we can easily find them in this software and see all the invoices we issued for them. Also all sellers we buy from are there and are also assigned their own numbers. These invoices they issued are usually scanned and archived in this software. **What do you dislike about Proalpha ERP?** Too much German - the whole software is in German, I need to use translator when some kind of warning comes up. Once you archive the document, you cannot delete it from there, you have to contact administrator, who is able to remove the archived document. Sometimes you have to have many dialog boxes open to finish your work and it may become really unreadable. It takes a lot of time to find every function but it is probably in every software people use at their work. **Recommendations to others considering Proalpha ERP:** Just be patient when learning how to use proALPHA ERP. **What problems is Proalpha ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use proALPHA ERP for accounting and also for archiving different types of documents, which is a great advantage, I can just put an internal number of an invoice and I can find the scanned document (of course, someone has to "put" it in there).
