PRIOTAS Studio helps HR teams run employee surveys independently. It guides users through the entire process and handles many tasks that require survey expertise.
Users select their goals and topics. Studio then creates a well-designed questionnaire based on established methods and experience from more than 1,500 feedback projects.
After the survey, Studio identifies strengths and areas for improvement and analyzes results across the organizational structure. Open-ended responses are grouped by topic and evaluated through sentiment analysis. Studio summarizes the key findings, recommends specific next steps, and exports results to PowerPoint, PDF and Excel.
Studio is hosted in Germany and supports GDPR-compliant surveys through anonymity thresholds and pseudonymized participant data. It can be used for company-wide employee surveys, pulse surveys and ad hoc surveys.
