I like the flexibility in building forms to fit the protocol requirements and to be arranged so that they mimick the format of paper forms. Some EDC systems are inflexible causing us to make work-arounds to get the data the way we need it, causing more work and training for the end users. Prelude allows you the freedom to make both simple and complicated forms and calculations that reduce the work for the end user in the clinics, reduce monitor review time and give statisticians cleaner data to work with.

The Prelude EDC customer support staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. As the Data Manager for clinical trial studies, I am able to collaborate with support staff to solve EDC-related problems and make improvements within the study EDCs. The EDC is very easy to use for both study clinical staff and study data staff.
