**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

Extremely easy to use and intuitive interface whether for Sponsor or Site side.  Remarkable ability to control the presentation of DCFs.  Easy to code on back end

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

Anything I ever disliked, has generally been modified on a future update in short order, or the project managers at Prelude were able to provide a workaround

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removed the need for paper forms almost entirely.  Ease of user interface for the sites is of utmost importance to save them time these days.  The interface is easy to preview and manipulate visually to help workflow and accuracy of a data capture.  Extremely easy to program even complicated forms.  There are systems that allow you to develop involved form and question logic and duplicate a paper form into an EDC systems - ho hum.   Then there are systems like PRELUDE  that are so easy to use that you can truly embrace electronic digotal capture and all it has to offer.  An electronic form should be able to easily be set up to handle calculations for the user, remind them at pertinent points, and direct the user through teh flow of the forms with simple ease.  And PRELUDE allows for that.  Simple to pick up and easy to implement.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

I have used many EDC systems, for veterinary clinical studies, for 11 years and have no problem saying Prelude is my absolute favorite one to use! The company is wonderful, Prelude's team is amazing, and the system is incredibly user friendly, visually appealing, and so easy to navigate through. Running reports is a BREEZE! From study build to database lock and study archiving... when you are in complete chaos... you can count on this NOT being on your list of frustrations. Prelude's team is so knowledgeable and they stay with you from the very beginning, right to the very end. Worth every cent, and in this field, cutting corners will never bode well. If you want data... GOOD data... USABLE data, if you want the submission process to go as smoothly as possible, go with Prelude. ALWAYS go with Prelude!

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

This truly seems impossible, but there is NOTHING negative to say about the company, the team behind it all, or the EDC system itself.

Prelude continues to strive to put all of the different components of managing/running a veterinary clinical study and capturing its data, together, in one incredibly and easily used system.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

Our customer success manager Samantha and engineer Penny were very helpful throughout the whole process of building something the EDC was not made for. They were constantly helping us troubleshoot and ensuring what we built worked for all stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

I can't think of many, but calculations can seem a little complex sometimes. However, Prelude hosts monthly webinars to help you become more comfortable with the software.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to incorporate more automation and better organize our data so we could use it in research studies, and this EDC is making this possible with its export feature and creating reports.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

I like the flexibility in building forms to fit the protocol requirements and to be arranged so that they mimick the format of paper forms.  Some EDC systems are inflexible causing us to make work-arounds to get the data the way we need it, causing more work and training for the end users.  Prelude allows you the freedom to make both simple and complicated forms and calculations that reduce the work for the end user in the clinics, reduce monitor review time and give statisticians cleaner data to work with.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

Documenting the testing of role permissions within the system during User Acceptance Testing,  Currently the system looks at the forms and fields for all roles but the testing is done more from the role perspective.  A solution would be to allow the the tester to select a role and then verify the permissions for all forms and fields were acceptable for that role before moving to the next role.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to make forms simple for the end user, while also making it easy for the reviewers.  The way it allows edit checks, multi-level criteria and difficult calculations result in cleaner data from the initial entry through the completion of the study. It allows us to arrange things by subject and site to track inventory and invoicing helping both the end users and reviewers to make sense of a lot of data and keep the clinical studies moving forward.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

The Prelude EDC customer support staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.  As the Data Manager for clinical trial studies, I am able to collaborate with support staff to solve EDC-related problems and make improvements within the study EDCs.  The EDC is very easy to use for both study clinical staff and study data staff.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

I dislike that sometimes EDC revisions have not been tested thoroughly before being passed to the study team for review.  Additionally, there are some forms that cannot be edited.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a couple of EDC bugs that Prelude is working to solve for us.  Prelude was able to provide us with an additional support staff member to complete EDC revisions quicker.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

Prelude EDC is very user-friendly, both for the builders creating the forms, and the users completing the forms. Staff using the forms in our study have been very positive about the experience. Highly customizable forms can be made with the building tool, and the on-form calculations, conditional fields and error checks are very helpful to prevent data entry errors. Being able to export the data immediately after collection, without having to wait for data transcription and verification, is a big advantage that is saving us a lot of time.
The software is supported by a large and detailed Knowledgebase for both builders and users, and Prelude has excellent customer support. We’re assigned a Customer Success Manager who is very responsive and very knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

There is nothing I really dislike about the software. A few issues we ran into were either fixed immediately, or a workaround was provided with a fix planned for the next update.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prelude is preventing errors in data recording, and is eliminating the need for data transcription, saving a lot of time and improving the quality of our work. Direct access of customers to their data, and the ability to automatically send notifications, has simplified communication.

Prelude makes collecting data easy for study sites and easy to review and anyalize for the Sponsor. The Prelude team (Kate) has been helpful every step of the way answering all of my questions and concerns and walking me through things that were out of my scope of knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

I do not have any dislikes. EDC is superior to paper data collection. It makes data collection and monitoring so much easier.

Prelude is a good tool for research and ensures the ability to collect legible contemporaneous data.

Very intuative and easy to use.  Drag and drop WYSIWYG works great unlike a lot of other systems I have used.

I wish there was a universal user admin UI.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

I have enjoyed using Prelude's EDC software for our clinical trials, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company! The customer service and project manager helping us with the build has been professional and a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Their exceptional customer service shows the company's dedication to user experience. They are prompt and responsive in answer any questions, and they clearly understand the needs of their customers.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

Can be a learning curve in the beginning but the project managers are fantastic at making it user friendly, as well as the weekly office hours available to the customers to help answer any questions they may have.

It is used to help keep track of data for the clinical trial.

It's intuitive and easy to use for both the sponsor employees and the study site personnel.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

The document upload fields are nice, but viewing the documents once uploaded is challenging, and there's no way to bulk download them.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company needs to be able to personalize our eDC, and Prelude's Builder allows us to do this.  Prelude has all the functionalities available to collect the data we require for our clinical trials.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

I have used vision to maintain a dozen clinical trials and have never had an issue. Vision can do everything from building the forms, special customization needs, and hosting documents! The staff is A+ and always just an email away to help when needed, and they understand what the customer asks/needs are. What I like best about Vision is how easy it is to build! With their Knowledge Base just a click away, you can find almost anything you need to know when you hit a roadblock with a specific constraint or advanced calculation. All in all, Vision and the staff are among the industry's best and have gained the respect of many as so!

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike. Vision always listens to its customers when asking for improvement ideas or other ways to improve the EDC. The customer is first with this company!

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vision EDC helps us through some very advanced requests and helps us implement them correctly, allowing us to deliver a solid EDC to our customers for the study.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

Drag and drop as a tool, and the intuitive nature of setting up forms with the sidebar.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

Randomization modules are lacking - would be better if they had more options built in.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDC is helping us remove human error in data capture, as well as making sure our studies and methods are FDA compliant.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and always easy to contact. The software is very intuitive to use alongside a very user-friendly interface to build and develop data capture forms. The software is diverse and can be easily tailored to specific studies and different species of animals. Allows real-time viewing of data for us and our clients.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

Some of the creation tools can be time-consuming due to the amount of replication needed for certain forms. Reviewing process can be labour intensive due to the need to enter a password for each form before sending for review.

**What problems is Prelude EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vision EDC has helped us minimise our labour required for manual data entry and verification at the end of a study. This in turn leads to better workloads and increase profitability.

**What do you like best about Prelude EDC?**

I have used VISION to manage over 10 trials. VISION is a powerful EDC that combines trial data collection, site management, and document management all in one place. It is highly customizable too, whether you choose the full-service study build or build on your own using the VISION study builder. The user interface is very friendly and feature rich. I can quickly get to where I want to see with very few clicks. The new study staff often compliment its easy navigation. I am also impressed by their excellent customer support and willingness to learn customers' needs. Below are several features I particularly like.

- Repeating table. Site can report as many items/rows as needed in one table. Whenever an item is entered, a new blank row is added. The page is neat and the exported data from a repeating table is well organized.
- Color coded form status icon. It helps our monitors and managers to track study progress.
- Toolbox at the bottom of the window. It is very convenient to turn on or off additional features (such as variable annotation, show/hide audit trials, etc) by clicking on these icons.
- Customizable subject list page. Each study is different. You can choose the appropriate variables to display on this page.

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

It would be nice that VISION provides more data export formats.

VISION helps us manage trials efficiently.

I like a lot of components of this product, but here are a few I have used and loved: 
1) It is a one-stop shop product for clinical trials data management. 
2) Ability to customize eCRFs to study specifications 
3) Ease of randomizing online 
4) Real-time access to data for different users 
5) Ability to monitor data and document audit trails 
6) Uploading and maintaining study document 
7) 21 CFR 11 and Annex 11 for FDA studies
8) Dedicated and friendly support staff and project leads
9) Ability to customize instruments and dashboards at request for cost

**What do you dislike about Prelude EDC?**

It would be nice to make the layout of instruments similar to paper instruments because some studies still use a paper form during data collection.

VISION is an incredible clinical trial data management tool that is user-friendly on both the Sponsor and site-side. The VISION study builder is easy to use, allows for a high level of customization, has many helpful features (randomization, coding, reports, etc.), and comes with excellent PM support.

Nothing that I specifically dislike comes to mind.

The Prelude Dynamics EDC system is very user-friendly, versatile, and quite intuitive from both the Sponsor/CRO's AND the Clinical Site's perspective. On top of that, the team at Prelude is forward-thinking and very supportive, providing great demos and training, thinking creatively about practical solutions for small and larger studies alike, and answering all of our questions very promptly and clearly.

I believe Vision EDC/CTMS is a one stop shope to Manage the clinical trial with help of inventory control,data management indexing and study management.It helps in electronic Data capture with compliant with 21 CRF part 11 Compliance.

I disliked the history tracking of the inventory i believe it could be more detail oriented.
