Good platform for testers in various fields. The UI is neat without much unwanted features.

It manages to help the work-life balance for women. It allows testers to work online from home. Ease of use for testers. It works on a TDD approach so it is easy to implement. Supportive Customer Support. It has a huge number of features. Integration is very easy.

So yeah, I've been using 99tests for a couple of years now, and so far, I've found out that it really helps connect businesses with testers from all over. It's great because companies can find skilled testers no matter where they are, and testers get a lot of projects to choose from, which is awesome for building up skills. But it also means dealing with a mix of different people, and that's okay. Overall, it's a good product with a decent workflow. I would recommend it only if you are okay with dealing with some occasional fairness issues and waiting for fixes. Customer support is decent I guess. We didn't use them for more than a year so I can't go in depth but overall it was fun while it lasted.
