It's great because companies can find skilled testers no matter where they are, and testers get a lot of projects to choose from, which is awesome for building up skills. But it also means dealing with a mix of different people, and that's okay. Overall, it's a good product with a decent workflow. I would recommend it only if you are okay with dealing with some occasional fairness issues and waiting for fixes. Customer support is decent I guess. We didn't use them for more than a year so I can't go in depth but overall it was fun while it lasted. **What do you dislike about 99tests?** The problems I face are that sometimes the work distribution isn't as fair as I'd like, which is okay for the most part, but the response time for fixing issues is something I've reported to them and have yet to see fixed.
