Pollarix is a survey and feedback platform for B2B teams. Surveys are generated from a plain-text prompt using AI, or built manually with conditional logic, branching and scoring, then distributed from one place by web link or QR code, email, or SMS. An embeddable NPS widget can be placed on any website using Shadow DOM without conflicting with the host page's CSS. Free-text answers are analyzed automatically: sentiment is classified into eight emotion types rather than a single positive/negative score, responses are grouped into themes by semantic clustering, and quality controls flag low-effort answers. Results include cross-tabulation with significance testing and funnel analysis with dropout detection. The platform is bilingual in English and Hebrew with full right-to-left support, and surveys can be translated into seven languages. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, authorization is enforced by an external policy engine, and survey content is not used to train AI models.
