truckTMS is a cloud transport management system (TMS) for trucking companies and dispatch teams in Romania and across Europe. Dispatchers attach a transport order (PDF, photo or screenshot) in the built-in AI assistant, and truckTMS extracts the client, stops, dates and price into a draft trip ready to confirm. Trips support multiple loading and unloading stops, round trips and redirects, and are planned per truck, trailer and driver on a shared planning board with driver breaks and EU cabotage warnings. The live map shows fleet positions through integrations with Tracknamic, TrackGPS (Arobs) and Eurowag Telematics. CMRs, PODs and other documents attach to trips, drivers, trucks and trailers, with expiry dates shown on the dashboard. Drivers receive trip details on WhatsApp, and the documents they send back land on the trip. Reports by month, truck, driver and dispatcher export to PDF and Excel, and a public REST API with webhooks connects truckTMS to other systems. Interface in English and Romanian.
