This is an excellent communication platform that closely resembles social media, making it easy for a wide range of users to navigate. I also find its Premium features, such as Attendance Plus and Virtual Phone, to be particularly helpful.

ParentSquare has greatly improved our communications, especially after we received a complaint from OCR. Now, everything we need—forms, emails, one-on-one messaging, payments, and more—is conveniently located in a single central hub. When our district faced a complete network outage that lasted several days, we relied solely on ParentSquare as our only way to communicate. I truly cannot say enough positive things about ParentSquare! Also you will NOT find better Customer Service anywhere else. ParentSquare LISTENS to OUR needs!

The posts feature, particularly the studio editor has been a great improvement over our previous system of contacting parents via the message center on Skyward. Here are some things I like about ParentSquare, particularly posts using the Studio Editor: 1) I can create a template I can use over and over again. 2) I can insert photos and links to both websites, PDFs and other files. 3) I can see the data on who had viewed and interacted with the post. 4) I can share a link to the specific post. 5) If a student enrolls in my class after the school year has started, families can still see previous posts from earlier in the school year (ie- beginning the year information, etc) Some other features I like: 1) Room parents can be added to communicate with families 2) There is a signup feature that replaces the need to use Signup Genius
