Simplify Shipment Tracking
I find it extremely useful to be updated on the status advancements of an order, the goods present in the order, and to have access to the customer's personal data. The search bar is really useful because it allows me to perform searches with different criteria such as email, phone, first and last name, or order number. This makes the work much simpler because only one piece of customer data is needed to find the necessary information or the tracking to know where the goods actually are. Moreover, the usage is really simple.

User Friendly UI, Fast Customer Support, and Lots of features
The UI is good and it’s easy to use. Computer support is fast as well, and it also shows the items on delivery, which I appreciate. Implementation is straightforward, and it has a lot of features. It’s also easy to implement and integrate. I also like how often I’m able to use it. I also like that I use it so many times in a day and it still works smoothly.
