Some of the developer work I need done is very niche or specific and it has been hard to find affordable talent who is knowledgable about my area of need. Pangea was able to provide talent that had fairly extensive experience in what I was looking for and I was happy to pay the cost.

The most helpful thing about Pangea is the ability to create a holistic profile regarding your skills, interests, pay expectations, etc. I also really like the application/offer process - it's nice to have the "chat" option with employers. It's also just a great app concept - as a student, it is frustrating how you need experience to get experience and Pangea is the perfect platform to break that loop. I got my first full-time job in large part because of the freelance work I did through Pangea - for that, I'll always be grateful. The team is also amazing! I met with Kacie Galligan to talk about my onboarding into a company and she was super cool; it really does feel like the team cares about Pangeans' success :)
