Efficient CRM with Sleek Interface, But Limited Dialing Capabilities
I loved the ease of use and the user interface; it was a very sleek system. I found the AI implementations useful and appreciated how easy it was to add or delete prospect data and mark numbers as bad or good. The initial setup was very easy, which was a huge plus.

Great for scalable, consistent email sequences, but CRM integrations can be painful
Manually sending and following up on dozens or hundreds of emails is unsustainable, so I really value the automation. It lets me send personalized sequences at scale, and the tracking tools tell me which messages are actually landing so I'm not flying blind. It also made my outreach much more consistent, and the AI guidance or follow-up is sometimes useful.
