It's a great tool overall. The drop voicemails, activity tracking and task management are amazing for my particular role at my company.

I like that it helped me keep my contact activities more consistent and better organized. I also value the email scheduling and email tracking/automation. The AI features were sometimes useful and gave me helpful recommendations. In deal/pipeline insights, it mostly correctly identified opportunities that required attention, although accuracy could vary.

Seamless Candidate Pipeline Management with Stellar UX/UI
I really like how solid the UX and UI are in Outreach. It's probably better than any other sequencing tool I've used before. It's pretty easy to use and not clunky or overloaded with tabs and buttons, which means I could make the most out of it within just a month. The tool's ability to do mass outreach is a big plus, allowing me to reach more customers in a short amount of time. The analytics are good, too, especially the email open tracker, which is huge for knowing when to follow up with calls.
