I like the AI agents that manage multi-channel workflows, identify high-value target accounts, and automate repetitive sales tasks like prospecting, lead qualification, and data enrichment. It made outreach much more consistent, especially for account targeting (using firmographic, technographic, intent, and behavioral signals), prospecting, and data enrichment (filling in or verifying titles, emails, phone numbers, and company attributes).
