Ordanta is an Australian-built operations platform for businesses that run crews, plant and projects, such as civil and construction contractors, mining and resources services, plant and labour hire, and maintenance businesses. It covers rostering, timesheets, leave, projects, job cards, plant and equipment maintenance, purchase orders, supplier invoice matching, workforce records, competencies and licences, incidents, digital forms, compliance registers, quoting, client invoicing, CRM, a client portal, documents and reporting. Modules are switched on per organisation and share the same people, projects and plant records. Workers use it on their phones, including offline for timesheets, forms and incidents. Supervisors approve, and approved hours are prepared and sent to Xero Payroll as draft timesheets. Quotes, invoices, supplier bills and contacts also sync with Xero. Set-up takes about an hour.
