Besides kinks that you have to work through, this program is great for leasing!
I like that it is a one stop shop, you can do everything through this program when it comes to leasing. You can run background checks, credit screenings, have them apply, and have them sign their lease through this program. There is no hoping back and forth from different programs when having residents or prospects complete different parts of the applications.
