Okendo integrates seamlessly with our Klaviyo flows, which has been the biggest win for us. We're able to trigger review requests dynamically based on real subscription and fulfillment events, so customers only get asked for a review once they're actually eligible, instead of on a fixed timer that doesn't account for delivery timing. This has made our post-purchase email sequence feel a lot more relevant and less spammy. Overall, for a subscription-based DTC brand like ours, Okendo's flexibility around triggers and its native Klaviyo/Shopify integration are what stand out most.
