What I like the most about Nexudus is the ability to customize the platform to fit the needs of Urbanova and the wide variety of native integrations they offer. I also had an excellent experience with the support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help.

We have been using Nexudus for multiple years now across our venues and have been pleased with the product overall. Our customer success manager Monika has been excellent at helping us find solutions and strategies for making the most of the system. She is a credit to the business as we have not always experienced this level of care and support during our time as customers. Despite some issues the system does make managing our members and providing a portal for them to engage with easy and is an essential tool for our business now. Further to that the continued development of the system allows for new features and positive changes to further enhance what we offer as a coworking provider. Getting set up is a simple process and as we have expanded our number of venues nexudus has scaled with us. We use the system daily and have inegrated it completely into our business.
