SewingERP is web-based management software built for bridal salons, evening-wear salons and ateliers, with or without their own sewing workroom.
It replaces the WhatsApp chats, paper measurements and spreadsheets most salons run on. Every bride gets one card with her event date, measurements with history, fittings, contact log, deposits and balance. Every dress gets a job number and moves through the workroom's sewing stages, and seamstresses report each stage by scanning the dress card on their phone, with no install and no password. Outside seamstresses and workshops get their own portal without any bride's personal details.
SewingERP also tracks what each dress really costs: materials, labour hours per stage at each worker's rate, outside work and overhead, so the salon sees the actual margin and prices the next dress right.
Optional, off by default: online appointment booking, a personal bride portal with dress status and balance, email reminders before fittings, and digital signatures on agreements and measurements.
Runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone, in 10 languages, with each salon's own currency and time zone. Data is kept per salon, stored in Germany and backed up nightly with encryption.
