I find the support staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I also enjoy being able to customize forms and event pages (within the limits Neon provides) to best suit our customers.

Neon CRM solves a lot of problems for us. It helps manage our events, and it has a lot of historical information that's really easy to access for multiple users. What I really like the most, especially now, is the support piece. I'm able to get in contact with somebody quickly who can pretty reliably solve any challenges that we're running into. We recently scheduled a one hour support time with a support person that was part of our contract, and we used it to help map out workflows so we can do better recognition for our donors and recurring donors, which is helping us implement a stewardship plan. She was very knowledgeable, and the person helping us had answers and found answers to the questions she didn't know. I also appreciate that it connects with QuickBooks, and that the user interface is friendly for multiple people. The initial setup was actually pretty good. We worked alongside support from Neon that helped us map the data from the old system into Neon, helped us troubleshoot challenges along the way, and really helped keep us on track. We went live with the system on schedule.
