What we value most about MuchSkills is that is gives us one clear and structured overview of competencis across our global organization. It helps us stay audit-ready and meet the requirements connected to our ISO and AS certifications, while at the same time giving us a practical tool for identifying skill gaps.

What I like most about MuchSkills is that it manages to do something quite difficult: bring together meaningful workforce data while still keeping the focus firmly on people. The user experience is excellent. It gives our people a simple, intuitive way to showcase their capabilities, certifications, aspirations and development goals, while also helping connect those ambitions to meaningful learning and growth pathways. Rather than feeling like “another system to update”, it feels genuinely useful to our people. For our people leaders, MuchSkills has created a much richer foundation for conversations about growth and development. Being able to visualise skills, aspirations and capability gaps makes those discussions more tangible, more informed and more focused. From a workforce planning perspective, the visibility and reporting capability has been a real unlock. We are able to make faster, better-informed and more data-backed decisions around capability, capacity and workforce planning, without losing the human context behind the data. In many ways, MuchSkills has actually strengthened the quality of the conversations we are having. Performance has also been a strong point. The platform is fast, intuitive and easy to navigate, which matters enormously when you are trying to drive adoption across a broad user base. The best workforce platform in the world is not much use if people avoid using it, and MuchSkills has done a great job of keeping the experience lightweight while still surfacing a lot of depth underneath. From a commercial perspective, we have also found the pricing and overall value proposition very compelling. When you consider the time traditionally spent pulling together workforce information, validating availability, understanding capability, preparing for planning conversations and manually joining data from multiple sources, the potential ROI extends well beyond simply replacing a spreadsheet or another system. The bigger value is in helping our leaders make better decisions, faster, with much stronger information at their fingertips. I’m also particularly excited by the intelligence MuchSkills is building into the platform. The ability to move beyond simply storing skills data and start using that information to surface insights, identify capability gaps, connect people with opportunities and support smarter workforce decisions is where I think the platform becomes especially powerful. Their continued investment in AI features/capability feels very deliberate and practical - focused on making the data more useful rather than adding AI for the sake of having an AI feature. The MuchSkills team themselves deserve a special mention. They have been fantastic to work with! Responsive, pragmatic, incredibly open to feedback and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. The integration process was refreshingly straightforward, and the level of support throughout has been exceptional. Just as importantly, there is a real sense that customer feedback genuinely influences the direction of the product, which makes the partnership feel much more collaborative than transactional. It’s rare to find a platform that can make workforce planning more data-driven while simultaneously making people conversations more meaningful. MuchSkills has balanced those two things very well, and the combination of a great user experience, strong performance, compelling ROI and a rapidly evolving intelligence layer makes the direction of the platform particularly exciting.

First off, I have to say the graphics are fantastic. Beyond the visuals, MuchSkills is very user-friendly, and our team genuinely enjoyed building their profiles. The platform also made it easy for us to track and report on technical certifications across numerous vendors, notify the right people when certifications were close to expiring, and store the physical certification documents so we could verify the information entered by each team member. That part of the solution alone addressed many of the business challenges we were dealing with before implementing the tool. Daniel Nilsson was incredibly responsive, helpful in brainstorming ideas to produce the results we needed, and an overall pleasure to work with. The pricing is very reasonable and we never experienced any performance issues with the platform.
