I find MuchSkills really enjoyable to use both as an end user and as an administrator. It's easy to use, easy to get value out of quickly, and it has a lot of flexibility in terms of integrating with different systems. The ability to create our own skill taxonomies relevant to our context is fantastic. It's well designed and thought out, which means it resonates and gets adopted by our tech-savvy team members. It's also fantastic for employee development, fostering better conversations between team members and their people leaders, highlighting strengths, identifying gaps, and finding mentors within the business. MuchSkills creates a more collaborative ecosystem of skills and talent, offering visibility that wasn’t possible before. Plus, setting it up was very quick and straightforward, whether for initial trials or the full-fledged system.

MuchSkills gives us a central place to document and manage our employees’ skills, certificates, project experience and professional growth. We use it company-wide as a skills and profile database to find expertise and build teams that are a good fit for our projects. It also supports our CV process by bringing project histories and personal summaries together. We particularly value our collaboration with the MuchSkills team: they have implemented many of our suggestions and worked with us as a reliable implementation partner to tailor the tool to our needs. Their responses are quick, and the outcomes have been excellent.

MuchSkills is really useful for us to get a complete picture of the skills across our Delivery team, especially since it's a large group with professionals from various specialties. Also UI/UX it's great and support is excellent.
