Effective Driver Monitoring, But Setup Challenges
I like Motive because it allows me to see where my employees are, and what stands out to me is that it tries to teach drivers about their violations. I use a lot of requested videos, which help me understand speed limits and see what the person was doing when a violation occurred. Seeing the current speed limit on these videos is particularly helpful. Also, the online setup was not a problem for me.
