A weather-triggered rescheduling feature monitors forecasts ahead of outdoor bookings and automatically offers guests a free date change when poor conditions are predicted, rather than leaving weather-related cancellations to be handled case by case.
Guests can also complete a booking directly through a WhatsApp conversation, receiving real-time availability and a payment link without needing to use a separate web form. An integrated AI assistant, Miles, supports operator staff with day-to-day tasks such as checking availability, managing bookings, and drafting responses to guest reviews, with actions requiring staff approval before anything is finalized.
