SimplyMerit allows you to configure the comp cycle truly to your organization's needs, in a short amount of time, and has the nimbleness of mid cycle changes. Such an easy implementation as well, and great support team. It also could account for our different types of changes, bonus, and equity. Very easy for our managers to use, and had great information so they could make informed compensation changes

Straight-Forward Product.

I liked how quick we could get the system up and running. We could arrange the fields how we wanted to and upload any custom data fields we needed. Being able to pull the data was also helpful.
