Powerful daily collaboration hub with great docs, embeds, and easy onboarding

I like to document all of our reearch (human and AI augmented) - specifically the documents have been super useful. Some features I really value is being able to embed tables, images, format text, etc. I am slightly disconnected to the pricing, but we certainly do overall as a company. We share ideas, collaborate and use it as a company every day. It is our "power station" that collates everything internal and external to our customers. Performance is great mostly, but when you embed images for competitor analysis, add stickiness AND research for a project, it gets really slow and people are unable to open it quickly and slows down their machine. Optimisation here would be well received. Especially for excessive users like us. I integrate Claude Code to help collate reseaech in a digestible way when it is tasks that just require formatting a disucussion I have already had in claude. It is great for that. No complaints on Support / onboparding. Super easy to use. I would say though, please build folders at "spaces" level this is the only gripe is organisation of docs gets really trricky at our usage. I have used some AI features but honestly I prefer just using claude AI inside and let it use Miro for me.

Seamless Teamwork with Miro, Despite Occasional Lag

I like that Miro allows for easy collaboration and teamwork, making it possible for several people to work on the boards simultaneously. The ability to sync boards is really helpful, as it provides visibility across the team and prevents a lot of replication and errors. It saves a lot of time, which is significant since we used to send files back and forth and faced issues like files being too large to send, or taking a long time to open and save. Miro solves all these problems for us. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the platform was straightforward enough to figure out on our own.
