Maxuod Shift is a Canada-first employee scheduling and payroll-preparation workspace for independent restaurants, cafes, and other small hourly teams. Managers can build weekly schedules, track availability and actual hours, review overtime and Canadian province-aware calendar prompts, calculate tip pools, estimate pay, and export PDF, CSV, or XLSX records for payroll handoff. A guest scheduler works in the browser without an account for up to six employees. The free account saves schedules and supports up to 12 active employees, while the optional Supporter plan expands capacity and history. Maxuod Shift does not process payroll or guarantee compliance; its calculations and prompts are designed for manager review before records are sent to a payroll or accounting provider.
