The program is intuitive to use. It's integration with Sage Intacct is an invaluable tool for all of our budget managers throughout the organization. Additionally, the Martus support team is a cut above the rest. The response times are almost immediate, and the assistance provided always presents a solution to the issues we face.

I love that you can see the actuals for current and prior years and drill down to the details as you are budgeting for a new year. I love that you can attach backup and make notes. I have gone back to the notes several times this year to see what I was budgeting for. The special purpose worksheets are so helpful to build out lines with several charges like subscriptions. When completing our budget, I really appreciate how detailed the personnel budgeting module is. It allows us to budget for personnel and any benefit-related items in a thorough, detailed way. The module is easy to use, and we haven’t heard from staff that they’ve had any issues using Martus. Our onboarding specialist was great and has been very helpful in getting everything set up. We are currently not using the integration but will be in the near future.
