Support was excellent. Once setup I was just a few clicks away from sending an email out to as many Salesforce contacts or leads that I wanted to. There was no longer any 500/day limit. With Mass Mailer you were able to see important statistics about a campaign email, such as soft bounces, hard bounces, sends, receives, opens, clicks, etc.
