We are heavy users of Jira, as a ticket management system. As such, we have been looking for a tool that allows us to communicate engineering work and progress to multiple audiences in different types of reports. Luna’s Jira integration is very extensive and flexible: - It gives us full control over what’s syncing and where. - Jira’s configs mapping are available in Luna’s templates too, reducing the need for further setup. - At the launch level, Luna gives us the control to further customize all the Jira configs and workflows. Lastly, there is no burden at all on engineers, who neither have to change their way of working in Jira nor have to update Luna. In terms of grouping and visualization, we really liked the Gantt charts provided by Luna: - We create views that are dynamically updated and shared with the right audience. - The Gantt charts were easily customizable, can be easily copied to a slide, and highlighted changes in key data. - The whole data flows well from Jira to the charts in Luna. Luna’s team is very responsive, willing to understand what success looks for us, and help us achieve it. The whole set up (including the integration) was straightforward and we could start using Luna quickly.

We have long wrestled with finding the best means of initiative coordination within a growing company, using a range of tools and reporting formats, from Google Docs to Notion to Jira. None of these provided either: - The type of digestible and timely updates we wanted to provide to senior stakeholders; - A structure for tracking approvals and sign offs from relevant decision makers across a relatively complex organisation. Luna has been a big win for the Product team and company - it was easy to set up and begin using for our first initiative, and quickly get value from using it. It's straightforward for Product Managers working on multiple different features to keep up to date, particularly with the Jira integration, and via Slack we're able to deliver the updates and visibility we need to our executive and other teams. The approvals capability for initiative milestones has significantly reduced the friction and uncertainty that afflicted our previous processes. Throughout, the Luna team's support has been excellent. While the user experience is very intuitive, they've always responded quickly to any queries and have been active in providing training to help onboard the broader team to Luna and highlight the value it brings to users.

- Luna enables me to effectively monitor and oversee multiple projects at the same time. I have different custom views (such as top projects, projects at risk, ongoing tenders ..) that I review every day to stay informed about key updates or changes in timelines and scopes. I also really like the email I receive every monday on the status of my company's projects, the open risks and the key decisions taken. - The risk management features are very powerful as they enable my teams to proactively identify risks, escalate them to their managers or to me, and work on a mitigation plan - all within Luna. - Luna's UI is very user friendly. It look us only few hours to set it up, plug our tools and onboard all users. - Customer Support is exceptional - Luna's team is always available to answer any question we might have and collect our feedback and feature requets.
