ChiefBoard is an AI strategy advisor for founders, managing directors and owners of small and medium-sized companies in German-speaking Europe.
Most decisions in a small company are made without a counterpart. The team should not be unsettled, there is no board, and consulting is too slow and too expensive for a single question. General AI assistants only help so much, because they do not know the company and forget everything between sessions.
ChiefBoard works differently in three ways.
Company context: every answer is based on a profile stored once, covering industry, stage, team size, revenue band, goals and current challenges. On request ChiefBoard reads the customer's own website and presents each fact it finds with its source for confirmation.
Decision ledger: an answer worth keeping is stored as a decision, with the chosen path, the owner, the risks and a review date. Later conversations draw on it and point out contradictions with earlier decisions. Reviews can be subscribed to as a calendar feed, decisions exported as PDF.
The maths behind it: recommendations come with numbers, stated assumptions and the data that is missing. Figures come from the customer's own input, their profile, uploaded files or a web search with sources. Everything else is marked as an assumption. Scenario analyses put two to four options side by side with cost, expected revenue effect and ROI, including the option of doing nothing.
Answers take the local framework into account: German company forms, monthly management accounts, employment law and public funding programmes. Where a lawyer or tax advisor is needed, ChiefBoard says so and what to ask them.
Three questions can be asked without an account, followed by a seven-day trial without a credit card and a permanently free plan. ChiefBoard is decision support, not licensed legal, tax or investment advice.
