From what I have used of LoyaltyLion, the overall system and service provided is the best we have experienced as a company. The smoothness of the integration with Shopify and the way the system manages the rewards points by calculating how much a customer spends with us is fast and seamless. The fact that it now processes refunds of points back to customers who may return orders makes it especially standout. I like how straightforward the layout of the site is and the dashboard layout on each customer is easy to navigate and locate how many points someone may have. I think our business is overall very happy with the performance and the price we are paying for this facility as it has been amazing all the way through using.
