Leapsome has a very good UI / UX, the dashboard feels very interactive and intuitive. Additionally, it allows one to compare performance against the set organizational development competencies. I personally like the part of goal setting, monitoring and tracking.

What I like best about Leapsome is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The UI is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, which makes it much easier to introduce new HR processes without creating unnecessary complexity for employees or managers. I’ve also had a very positive experience with the support and onboarding. The implementation process was well structured, and the team has been responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented whenever questions came up. Overall, Leapsome makes it relatively easy to manage different people processes within one platform while still providing a good employee experience.
