Great UX, Helpful AI Review Writing, and Seamless Integrations
The UX us good. The feature it gives to praise colleagues irrespective of the position is great for visibility. It has good AI assist for writing reviews. The integration of other tools to do performance metrics is very helpful, The pricing of the tool is also reasonable for the features it is providing. The onboarding of the tool is easy as well. It can be integrated with slack to get timely notifications. The app has very good performance in terms of usage.

Leapsome has an incredibly usable and beautiful UI. It's very clear where I have to go to do anything. Every action feels snappy and fast, ti does what it has to do, well worth the price. Onboarding was very easy and guided, though we use only the performance product so I have not tried the rest of it.

I like the way Leapsome is designed and how it satisfies the needs of the user. It connects well with chatbots, so we get notifications very quickly on Slack and email when there's an update. It's very clear during the initial setup.
