I like the overview of content to be expected during the course and linked TED Talks!

Reviews, goals, feedback are all in one place, this is what I like. I am not a fan of doing surveys, but the way Leapsome has built their survey model is a really nice UI/UX thought, I feel good about rating what's going on w.r.t me and my employer. I also enjoy the Slack integration where the praise and feedback is shown up in our team channels. The performance of the web app feels smooth and fast, I also like the design system. Overall it is a nice tool for companies to use to make sure their employees are on track.
