Intuitive Interface and AI Recommendations That Make Reviews Effortless

I really like the interface and the built in AI recommendations. The tabs on the side are easy to follow so nothing is really hidden in a complex way. My favorite feature was the review process because it guided you super easily with the AI recommendations on the side. It told me what i should think about and how to format it for my manager. The last cool thing I would say is how you can see the instant feedbacks, it definitely encourages you to drop a small shoutout.
