Leapsome is the software that helps us review and share our thoughts about our projects. It also supports us as team members by highlighting our growth, our strengths, and the areas where we still need to improve. Overall, it brings all of this together in one place, which is why we use Leapsome.

I use Leapsome for performance reviews and company surveys. One of the standout features for me is the AI assistance. It summarizes notes logged from earlier reviews, which helps in forming possible updated review feedback. This feature creates possible phrasings that I might want to use for my new review. Additionally, the initial setup of Leapsome felt very easy. I also integrate it with Slack, which is quite convenient.

Leapsome is one of my favourite tools in our HR stack. The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. It also offers plenty of integration options, which makes it straightforward for us to use alongside our existing HR and communications stack. The AI features (like the AI chatbot) are genuinely useful for both admins and users. Support has been super helpful and responsive, and the platform has been performing well for all of our needs. All in all, I think it’s a tool worth the investment for a company of our size (2,000–3,000 employees).
