Intuitive Performance Management with Minor UI Tweaks Needed

I like how everything in Leapsome is clear and intuitive. The initial setup was very easy and the product explains itself. Still using it and don’t have complaints.

Intuitive and Dependable for Career Tracking

I love Leapsome's intuitive UI and UX, which are easy on the eyes and make me want to use and re-use it. The instant feedback functionality is something I really like and use frequently, as it provides a quick way to show appreciation, especially in the workplace. Having worked with Leapsome for almost my whole career, it honestly gives me peace. The initial setup was very smooth for me, likely because of my prior experience with Leapsome.
