Leapsome is one of my favourite tools in our HR stack. The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. It also offers plenty of integration options, which makes it straightforward for us to use alongside our existing HR and communications stack. The AI features (like the AI chatbot) are genuinely useful for both admins and users. Support has been super helpful and responsive, and the platform has been performing well for all of our needs. All in all, I think it’s a tool worth the investment for a company of our size (2,000–3,000 employees).

I like Leapsome for its ease of use and its integration with Slack. This integration keeps track of the application where I can see it daily. Also, from my perspective, the initial setup was pretty easy.

I love the AI feature in Leapsome that helps remind me of past work and accomplishments, allowing for better self-review. The UI is intuitive, making it easy to plan MBOs and handle feedback and performance reviews. Additionally, the AI acts as a copilot, which not only reminds me of tasks I've completed if I forget but also helps articulate my ideas into words.
