I like the private notes feature in meetings the most. It gives me a way to share some of my personal feelings and bring up things that aren’t easy to say in a public work environment, even with my manager. I do hope there will be an AI function in that section as well, so that as an alien employee I can refine or rephrase my thoughts when communicating with my manager or upper management, and express them with better words. My company pays it and they are using it for this whole year. So I think they are satisfied on it. As an employee I am also satisfied on it as well.

It's a very comprehensive platform, and they constantly make noticeable improvements to the UI. It can integrate with Slack; you can do everything from training to quarterly reviews in it. So it's a very versatile and wide-ranging platform

What I like most about Leapsome is how easy it is to keep performance, feedback, goals, and employee development in one place. The interface is intuitive, and it makes regular check-ins and feedback feel more structured without adding too much overhead.
