The platform allows me to conveniently search my own evaluations and those of my colleagues, which helps me identify what has improved and what can still be enhanced regarding my productivity, performance, and the company's products and services. The integration with Slack was simple and smooth, with no difficulties in the process. The connection between the tools works well and contributes to the fluidity of my work. The system is reliable and stable — I have never observed any instabilities. The only point of attention is that updating information can take a while in situations of team or leadership changes, but this does not compromise the overall user experience. I learned to use Leapsome intuitively, without the need for formal training or external support. The learning curve is very low, which facilitates the adoption of the tool. I have not yet explored the AI features available on the platform, but it is something I intend to start using more frequently soon. The interface is intuitive and navigation is smooth. I have not identified any negative points regarding usability — everything works clearly and accessibly.

I like the beautiful and clear interface of Leapsome, which eliminates the need for additional instructions and makes the goal-setting process intuitive. It also greatly facilitates tracking my progress on goals and timely discussions with my manager, as well as helping with the annual Performance Review. The initial setup was very simple.
