The UI is easy to understand and navigate. I really like the Goals section, it really allows me to keep track of my goals and plan my next professional moves. I also use it to prepare my 1:1 with my manager and it's a great way to keep track of conversation. I was using Leapsome in my former company as well and don't see myself working without it to be honest, it's very smoothly integrated into my work weeks, performance tracking, and I also like praising my peers on it!

I find Leapsome valuable for its autonomous feedback sharing, allowing me to give and receive feedback from colleagues easily in the PM cycle review. The ability to see end-to-end visibility of where I stand, along with understanding my organization's structure and my current level, is incredibly helpful. I appreciate the structured, user-friendly UI that clearly indicates who to give feedback to and receive it from. I love that I can see details about my colleagues and their positions in the organization hierarchy. The interactive UI allowed me to start using Leapsome without any tutorials because it's so intuitive, with different use cases clearly laid out in the section area on the left panel. The easy navigation makes using Leapsome feel almost as if I've been using it daily, which I think is great.
